Ticket Pricing: Set the price for each ticket category. You can also set up discounts or promotional pricing if applicable.
Ticket Quantity: Specify the number of tickets available for each category.
Sales Dates: Set the start and end dates for ticket sales.
7. Configure Additional Settings
Event Privacy: Choose whether the event is public or private.
Registration Form: Customize the registration form fields to collect necessary information from attendees.
Payment Options: Configure the payment options available for ticket purchases.
8. Review and Publish the Event
Review Details: Double-check all the information you have entered to ensure accuracy.
Save Draft: If you are not ready to publish, you can save the event as a draft and come back to it later.
Publish Event: Once you are satisfied with the event details, click the "Publish" button to make your event live.
9. Promote Your Event
Share on Social Media: Use the platform's sharing tools to promote your event on social media.
Email Invitations: Send email invitations to your contacts or past attendees.
Advertising Options: Utilize any available advertising options on the platform to reach a wider audience.
10. Monitor Sales and Attendees
Track Ticket Sales: Keep an eye on ticket sales through your organizer dashboard.
View Attendee Information: Access the list of registered attendees and their details.
Manage Registrations: Make any necessary adjustments to ticket availability or attendee information.
11. Prepare for the Event
Communicate with Attendees: Send reminders or updates to registered attendees as the event date approaches.
Check-In Tools: Use the provided check-in tools on the day of the event to manage attendee entry.
Additional Tips
Event Updates: If there are any changes to the event details, make sure to update the event page and notify your attendees.
Feedback and Analysis: After the event, review attendee feedback and analyze sales data to plan for future events.
